一、工程概况为弘扬98抗洪精神,九江市委市政府决定修建抗洪广场和抗洪大道。抗洪大道南起已建成的九瑞大道,北至抗洪广场,在 KO+549.5~KO+573.97段与七里湖车站内1、2、Ⅲ、4股道及N18和 N20道岔相交叉。经过方案的技术经济比较,确定该立交采用抗洪大道下穿铁路的形式,桥式为框架桥,主体净跨尺寸为13.0m+13.0m,由两个独立的并列箱体组成,两个框架中心垂直间距29m,以适应道路中间16m宽绿化带的布置要求。框架中心线与沙浔线(Ⅲ道)法线交角为8.9°,斜长25m。桥址处于98年长江决堤口下游200米处,基底为冲积淤泥,厚度达14.8米。平面布置示意见图-1
