我厂面向国内90年代中型装载机市场需求,在生产DC-20A装载机经验的基础上,成功开发了ZL25装载机,现已通过性能测试。该机采用柴油机动力、铰接车架、反转四连杆单摇臂、四轮驱动的总体布置(图1)。 该机较DC-20A装载机又有许多改进和提高。 (1)增大了斗容量,从而提高了作业效率,改善了经济性。 (2)采用铰接式车架,取代了原刚性车架,转弯半径小、机动灵活、适合在狭小场地作业。 (3)采用全液压动力转向系统,取代了原机械转向、液压助力系统,操纵省力、换向灵活。
I plant for the domestic mid-90s loader market demand, production DC-20A loader experience based on the successful development of the ZL25 loader, has now passed the performance test. The machine uses diesel-powered, articulated frame, reversing four-link single rocker arm, four-wheel drive overall layout (Figure 1). This machine has many improvements and improvements over the DC-20A loader. (1) Increased bucket capacity, thereby improving work efficiency and improving economy. (2) the use of articulated frame, instead of the original rigid frame, turning radius is small, flexible, suitable for working in small venues. (3) The whole hydraulic power steering system, replacing the original mechanical steering, hydraulic booster system, easy operation, flexible to change.
