深化行政审批制度改革、加快政府职能转变是中央的重要部署,这对创新行政审批服务体制、营造良好政务环境、为企业和社会提供更优质更有效率的服务提出了明确要求。目前,我省“放、管、服”改革成绩斐然,总体上走在全国前列,但也存在改革协同性、事中事后监管有待进一步加强等问题。为了促进我省行政审批制度改革,优化经济社会发展环境,福建省人大常委会将省市县三级人大常委会联动开展深化行政审批制度改革专项监督列为2016年重点监督工作。三级人大常委会通过听取和审议政府 Deepening the reform of administrative examination and approval system and speeding up the transformation of government functions are the important arrangements of the Central Government. At present, the reform in our province has been impressive with overall achievements in the reform of the country. However, there are also issues such as the reform of synergies and the need to further strengthen the supervision after events. In order to promote the reform of the administrative examination and approval system in our province and optimize the economic and social development environment, the Standing Committee of Fujian Provincial People’s Congress listed as the key supervision task in 2016 the linkage of the three provincial people’s congresses and the Standing Committee of Provincial People’s Congresses in deepening the reform of administrative examination and approval system.
