有一台五十铃车用VE分配泵送来我处要求检修,油泵清洗外表干净,直接上试验台检查发现:全油门位置油泵转速1000r/min时,油量为22ml/200次。调整油量限制螺钉,油量变化不明显,将油量限制螺钉全部退出,油量仍然无变化。此时,油泵转速保持不变,油门手柄放到怠速位置,油量仍然没有变化。怀疑是回油控制阀螺钉有问题,更换一新回油控制阀,没有一点效果。干脆将回油控制阀拿掉,装一空心螺钉试一试,故障依然存在。

Suspected to be back to the oil control valve screw problem, replace the oil return valve, no effect. Simply remove the oil control valve, install a hollow screw to try, the fault still exists.
