本研究将抗不同表位单抗组合,首次用于夹心斑点-ELISA检测血吸由感染。对慢性日本血吸虫病患者的阳性检出率为85%,12例急性患者均阳性,10例晚血病人4例阳性,非疫区正常人的假阳性率为2.2%。用单盲法检测的-组血清其符合率亦较满意。在基本消灭血吸虫病地区检测了1100人,用夹心斑点-ELISA测抗原,阳性率为6.5%,以IHA测抗体阳性率为25.2%。在低年龄组人群,斑点ELISA与COPT符合率为88.9%,明显高于IHA与COPT的符合率(35.7%),P<0.05。动物实验中,组合单抗夹心班点ELISA对低感染兔的阳性检出率高于单个单抗直接斑点-ELISA。
This study will be different anti-epitope mAb combination, the first time for the sandwich spot-ELISA to detect blood-borne infections. The positive rate was 85% in chronic schistosomiasis japonica, 12 cases were acute positive, 4 cases were positive in 10 cases of late bloody disease, and the false positive rate was 2.2% in normal persons in non-infected area. The single-blind test - the group of serum conformance rate is also more satisfactory. In the area of eliminating schistosomiasis, 1,100 people were tested. The positive rate was 6.5% with sandwich spot-ELISA, and the positive rate with IHA was 25.2%. In the low-age group, the coincidence rate of spot ELISA and COPT was 88.9%, which was significantly higher than that of IHA and COPT (35.7%) (P <0.05). In animal experiments, the detection rate of combined monoclonal antibody sandwich puncta ELISA for low-infection rabbits was higher than that of single McAb direct-ELISA.
