The wordless monument is the first of a generation of empress Wu Zetian. The merits and demerits have nothing to do with words. The monument written in this article is not a non-character monument in Fuling, but it is praised by the father and mother of Sanqin. The old man who used water to control the life, blood, and tears stirred up the most meaningful Jinshi Huazhang with reinforced concrete in the Sanqin land. This old man is the chief engineer, deputy director of the Provincial Water Resources Department, the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, and the province. Mr. Yu Chengshi, the Deputy Executive Committee of the Kuomintang. He pursued with dedication and enthusiasm. He was willing to dedicate his life and did not seek the life he had obtained. Just as Lao Tzu said: “Large and undistinguished, the late bloomer, Dayinxisheng, the elephant is invisible.” The general idea is: “ With the world in mind and no geographical distinction, the mind becomes big and the result becomes true. It is loud and unspeakable before it is able to govern. People have the atmosphere and see it invisible.”
