前一个时期,笔者在为上海话剧发展对策研究准备调查报告时,发现编导人员的心态呈明显的反差,尤表现在对主旋律等一系列重大问题的认识上。如有的同志说:“你搞你的主旋律,我搞我的主旋律,也许歪打正着。”有的同志提出,“上海人艺纪念40周年,找不出一个剧目复演,这说明了什么?”也有人担心,战斗传统与工具意识的重新提出,是否又会走老路?……这些都是须要讨论的重大课题。
