ZZ5600支撑掩护式液压支架是大同市青磁窑煤矿综采工作面的重要支护设备。由于其结构设计的缺陷,顶梁发生了柱窝脱离穿破顶板的严重破损现象。而且,由于液压系统的结构复杂,配件特殊,一时难以维修。因原设计的不合理造成工作面一些支架被压人采空区无法取出,严重影响了井下工作面的正常生产,并导致了该矿原煤产量和矿方经济效益的下滑。支架的彻底改造已势在必行。 当我厂承揽了该支架的大修改造任务后,我们多次组织技术人员赴青矿现场考查、测绘,对ZZ5600型液压支架的结构形式、改造部位,以及改造以后的状况都做了认真细致地分析、研究。经多次论证,确认该种支架易于损坏的原因是:支架原结构承载能力较弱,整体性能较差;液压系统配置不合理,结构
