某采油厂含油污水处理站目前是采用两级沉降罐进行沉降,杀菌剂加药点设在注水缓冲罐前,采用一点加药方式。该厂污水处理站目前使用的杀菌剂比较单一,长期使用一种药剂使细菌产生了抗药性,造成杀菌剂灭菌效果逐渐变差,使细菌在管道中繁殖速度加快,注水管网菌类超标严重。含油污水沉降罐内停留4小时左右,由于停留时间长,细菌滋生较快,造成沉降后的污水含菌量较高,使处理后水质超标。为了解决该厂的问题,优选出适合该厂污水处理使用的杀菌剂及加药方式,提高药剂处理效果,开展了污水处理站杀菌剂有效杀菌试验。
