采用光塑性实验方法研究长轴类复杂锻件变形规律,针对AX100摩托车汽油机连杆终锻过程变形行为进行了光塑性实验,通过对不同典型截面切片的等倾线和等差线的观测分析,发现不同部位具有明显的变形特征:两头端以镦粗变形为主,并受工字梁杆和飞边的影响;两头端与工字梁杆过渡区具于明显三向应力状态,中心与外侧具有明显差别;工字梁杆部镦-挤复合变形.实验结果与理论和工艺中出现现象的定性分析是一致的,并可解释工艺中的问题,较理论分析深刻全面揭示了材料三维塑性流动的特征.
The plastic-plastic experimental method was used to study the deformation of complex long-axis forgings. The plastic-plastic experiments were carried out on the deformation behavior of the final rod forging process of AX100 motorcycle gasoline engine. By observing and analyzing the isosceles and equi-difference curves of different typical section slices, It is found that there are obvious deformation features in different parts: the two ends are mainly upset and deformed by I-beam and flash; the transition zone between the two ends and the I-beam is obviously three-stress state, With significant differences; I-beam stem upsetting - extrusion composite deformation. The experimental results are consistent with the qualitative analysis of the phenomena occurring in the theory and the process, and can explain the problems in the process. The theoretical analysis reveals the characteristics of the three-dimensional plastic flow deeply and comprehensively.
