学习活动是智力因素和非智力因素两者共同参与的过程,学习成绩则是两者互相作用的产物。非智力因素虽不直接参与智力活动,但它制约着智力因素的发展。积极的情感、顽强的意志和强烈的兴趣等非智力因素能促进智力因素的发展,是提高教学质量不可忽视的一个重要方面。就此问题,结合自己多年来的教学实践,谈几点看法。 一、培养积极的情感,促进智力因素的充分发展。 情感是人对客观事物是否符合自己的需要而产生的态度和体验。凡符合需要的事物会引起愉快的情感,带着愉快的情感去学习,能使精神振奋、思维活跃、记忆增强,从而获得良好的学习效果。
Learning activities are both intellectual and non-intellectual factors involved in the process, academic performance is the product of the interaction between the two. Although not a non-intelligence factors directly involved in intellectual activities, but it restricts the development of intelligence factors. Positive emotions, tenacious wills and strong interests and other non-intellectual factors can promote the development of intellectual factors, which is an important aspect that can not be ignored in improving teaching quality. On this issue, combined with my teaching practice over the years, talk a few comments. First, cultivate positive emotions and promote the full development of intellectual factors. Emotion is the attitude and experience that people have about whether objective things meet their own needs. Those who meet the needs of the things will cause a pleasant feeling, with a happy emotion to learn, can make the spirit, thinking active, enhanced memory, so as to obtain a good learning effect.
