低高度告警和冲突告警是空管自动化处理系统必备的重要功能,中国民航总局空管局对此下发过《中国民航空管自动化处理系统低高度告警及冲突告警功能需求》及相关的行业标准,要求针对一些老型号航管雷达自动化处理系统的低高度告警功能和冲突告警功能进行调研,并进行功能开发或改进。我们通过对以ALENIA MKⅠ型和MKⅡ型雷达为代表的终端系统(自动化处理系统)的研究发现,这些航管雷达终端系统的低高度告警功能基本处于关闭状态,而冲突告警需要人工锁定需要干预的航班,并不是自动的冲突告警。若要对这两项功能
Low Altitude Alarm and Collision Alarming are the essential functions necessary for the ATC automation system.
