水平仪的传统用法,是在使用水平仪前事先调整零位。由于水平仪灵敏度高,调好零位具有一定困难,并且难以调到准确无误。针对上述情况,根据水平仪的特征,提出一种新的测量方法。这种方法可以不考虑水平仪本身的零位误差,仍能保证测量精度。现将利用水平仪对工件的水平倾斜、立柱或立臂的垂直倾斜,以及工件的相互垂直、平直度、平面度进行测量的方法介绍如下。一、一些说明和规定: 1.计算公式工件倾斜=(第一次读数-第二次读数)/2(1)
