前言中型低压异步电机是一项产量大、使用面广的产品。因此,以铝代铜在经济上或战备上都具有重要的意义。焊接结构中型低压铝线电机的线圈全部用双玻璃丝包扁线,线圈形式全部为半开口槽双层嵌入结构,即每只线圈由两个“半线圈”并排并联组成。一般定子接法都是多路并联,故接线工作除了单个线圈串接(小头子连接)和极向连接之外,还有三个铝并联环与各相线圈和引出电缆连接。为了用户方便,目前引出线仍用铜线电缆,通过一只铝一铜过渡接头与并联环铝—铝连接与电缆铜—铜连接。上述接线除铝—铜接头用闪光焊外,其余全部用氩弧焊。接线连接的形式有线圈间(小头子)连接,极间连接、并联环与线圈连
