本文研究了用不同热处理制度后Cu Al10Fe5Ni5雾化粉末经冷喷涂所得涂层的相组成、硬度、形貌、结合强度等相关性能,并进行了相关的空蚀性能测试。结果表明:雾化后的Cu Al10Fe5Ni粉末经7小时、600℃的退火后,进行冷喷涂所得到的涂层质量更高,结合强度更好,具有比船用GL-A钢更好的抗气蚀性能。
In this paper, the phase composition, hardness, morphology, bonding strength and other properties of Cu Al10Fe5Ni5 atomized powders after cold spraying with different heat treatment systems were studied, and related cavitation performance tests were carried out. The results show that the atomized Cu Al10Fe5Ni powder has higher quality and better bonding strength after cold sprayed for 7 hours and annealed at 600 ℃, and has better cavitation resistance than marine GL-A steel performance.
