从目前国内外的螺杆制造情况来看,加工螺杆的方法大致采用:成型车削、成型铣削、成型磨削及内外旋风切削等。在我国,一般也采用成型铣削、成型车削和内外旋风切削等方法。但这些方法都不能对要求较高的淬硬螺杆进行加工。针对螺杆加工工艺的复杂性,我校从一九七五年开始也对螺杆精加工工艺进行了研究试验,我们吸取了国内外有关的经验和方法,设想了一种新的加工原理,对螺杆进行磨削。目前已磨出一套螺杆,装配后在常温下试验。螺杆的参数及试验结果如下:
