目的测定治疗白色念珠菌病的自拟中药方剂的毒性,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法通过测定小鼠半数致死量(LD50)和最大耐受量(MTD)检测自拟中药方剂(含黄连、苦参等15味中药)对小鼠的急性毒性,用MTT法检测药物对细胞的毒性。结果该中药方剂对小鼠的LD50>40g/kg体重,MDT≥120g/kg体重;对L929的最大无毒浓度(TC0)为1.56g/L。结论治疗白色念珠菌病的自拟中药方剂毒性小,临床使用安全。
