采用心血管导管术 ,研究了石房蛤毒素对外周血压的降低作用是否与心脏有关。结果表明 ,0 .4 MU/ kg STX即对鳗鱼外周血压具有明显的降低作用 ,这种降低的作用与心脏收缩力下降呈平行关系。STX对心脏的作用在于阻滞其传导系统 ,阻滞部位最易发生在房室结 ,其次为心室和心房肌细胞间 ,对心肌本身并无明显的影响。肾上腺素预处理不能对抗STX降压作用 ,但可使血压恢复时间加快。 α受体阻断剂酚妥拉明 ( 0 .5mg/ kg)预处理可使STX降压作用加强 ,恢复时间延长 ,表明儿茶酚胺可能参与 STX降压后的恢复过程。
Cardiovascular catheterization was used to investigate whether the reduction in peripheral blood pressure by saxitoxin is associated with the heart. The results showed that 0.4 MU / kg STX had a significant reduction in peripheral blood pressure of eels, and the effect of this decrease was in parallel with the decline of cardiac contractility. Epinephrine preconditioning can not counteract STX antihypertensive effects, but it can speed up blood pressure recovery. Pretreatment with α-blocker phentolamine (0.5 mg / kg) enhanced the antihypertensive effect of STX and prolonged the recovery time, indicating that catecholamines may be involved in the recovery process after STX depressurization.
