本文报道新试剂2-羟基苄叉罗丹宁(2-HBR)的合成,用分光光度法测定2-HBR的离解常数,pKa1=9.43,pKa2=11.71.研究了2-HBR与钯的配位反应.在pH11.0的缓冲介质中,Pd(Ⅱ)-HBR配合物λmax为528nm,ε528为3.03×104L·mol-1·cm-1,测得Pd(Ⅱ)-HBR配合物中Pd:HBR为1∶2,稳定常数logKpdR2=13.45
In this paper, the synthesis of 2-hydroxybenzalorrhodin (2-HBR) was reported. The dissociation constants of 2-HBR were determined by spectrophotometry with pKa1 = 9.43 and pKa2 = 11.71. The coordination reaction between 2-HBR and palladium was studied. The Pd (Ⅱ) -HBR complex with pH λmax of 528 nm and ε528 of 3.03 × 104 L · mol-1 · cm-1 was obtained in pH 11.0 buffer solution.
