浮选柱放大必须知道两个参数:矿物速率常数和固休在容器内的扩散系数。所有矿物的速率常数都可以从两种浮选柱作业中测得,即批量和连续作业。固体颗粒的容器扩散系数采用有效相关性可以较容易地预测,这与浮选柱规格、颗粒粒度和操作条件有关。对从两种浮选柱作业方式测出的速率常数进行了阐述和比较,发现批量浮选柱试验得到的速率常数小于连续作业所获数值。文中研究了这个差别对浮选柱放大造成的影响。
Flotation column amplification must know two parameters: the rate constant of mineral and the solid diffusion coefficient in the container. The rate constants for all minerals can be measured from both flotation column operations, batch and continuous. Bulk diffusion coefficient of solid particles can be easily predicted by effective correlation, which is related to flotation column size, particle size and operating conditions. The rate constants measured from the operation of the two flotation columns were described and compared, and it was found that the rate constants obtained from batch flotation column tests were less than the values obtained from continuous operations. This paper studies the difference on the flotation column amplification caused.
