传统护岸工程大量使用浆砌石、钢筋混凝土等材料建造成直立式结构,给河流水环境、生物群落等带来了诸多不利影响。以越南荣市的前门河道为研究对象,针对前门河道的水生态特征与河道岸边环境、土壤条件,设计并建造了抛石型和石笼型两种生态护岸形式。通过为期1年的香根草生长状况跟踪监测,提出了一种适用于亚热带多雨区的生态护岸植被,通过Miseq高通量测序实验测定了生态护岸微生物群落多样性,揭示了其生态净水机理。
Traditional revetment projects using a large number of masonry, reinforced concrete and other materials into a vertical structure, to the river water environment, biological communities and brought a lot of adverse effects. Taking the Qianmen river in Vinh, Vietnam as the research object, two types of ecological revetments were designed and constructed according to the ecological characteristics of the Qianmen river and the shore environment and soil conditions. Based on a one-year tracking and monitoring of the growth of vetiver grass, an ecological revegetation vegetation suitable for subtropical rainy areas was proposed. The diversity of ecological protection bank microbial communities was determined by Miseq high-throughput sequencing experiments. The ecological water purification mechanism was revealed .
