随着信息技术与传播媒介的快速发展,整个传媒环境都发生了日新月异的变化,期刊编辑作为制造信息的主体,其面临着巨大的挑战,成为了新媒体时代急需转型的主要群体。新媒体时代对期刊编辑遇的数字化素养提出了更高的要求,体现了期刊编辑转换角色的可行性与必要性,说明了期刊编辑急需重审自己的工作重点与角色定位,该群体应积极从个人的思想力、经营力、创造力、编辑力四个方面转型,从传统的单纯性编辑身份转型为全新的新媒体时代的全媒体编辑。
