当前,山村幼儿园采用混龄编班以解决幼儿入园难的问题。然而,由于新聘教师队伍专业化水平较低,普遍存在对混龄教育内涵价值把握不到位,混龄教育意识淡薄,混龄教育和分龄教育混淆等现象,造成实施混龄教育活动困难重重。探索优化山村幼儿园混龄教育价值模式显得十分重要且有必要,通过提升山村幼儿教师专业素养,充分利用“以大带小”优势,创设良好的混龄教育氛围,积极争取家长支持参与混龄教育,提高山村学前教育质量。
