牡荆在《本草纲目》中有“治心痛”的记载。临床试用牡荆根煎剂治疗冠心病心绞痛似有一定疗效。我们研究了牡荆根黄酮对麻醉犬心脏血流动力学的影响。 1.对麻醉犬冠脉血流量与心肌氧耗量的影响:雄性犬24只,按一般冠状动脉插管测定血流量的方法, 用国产浮子流量计测定左旋支的血流量,同时分别从冠状静脉与股动脉采血作血氧测定。结果:牡荆根黄酮7mg/Kg冠脉注射后,冠脉血流量增加54.0±5.6%,冠脉阻力减低43.5±4.1%,血压下降,与给药前比较差异均非常显著(P<0.001)。牡荆根黄酮70mg/Kg静脉注射后,冠脉血流量增加20.1±6.2%,冠脉阻力减低26.4±2.2%,血压下降,与给药前比较差异均非常显著(P<0.001)。牡荆根黄酮静脉注射后,心肌氧耗量明显减少(P<0.05),心肌氧利用率亦稍减低。
In the “Compendium of Materia Medica,” Vicky has a record of “treat heartache.” Clinical trials vitex root decoction treatment of coronary heart disease angina seems to have a certain effect. We investigated the effect of vitexin flavonoids on cardiac hemodynamics in anesthetized dogs. 1. The effect on coronary blood flow and myocardial oxygen consumption in anesthetized dogs: 24 male dogs, according to the method of measuring blood flow in common coronary catheterization, blood flow of left circumflex coronary artery was measured with a domestic float flowmeter, and they were respectively from coronary Venous and femoral arteries were used for blood oxygen measurements. RESULTS: After coronary artery injection of vitex flavone 7mg/Kg, coronary blood flow increased by 54.0±5.6%, coronary resistance decreased by 43.5±4.1%, and blood pressure decreased. There was a significant difference compared to pre-dose (P<0.001). . After intravenous injection of flavone glycoside 70 mg/Kg, the coronary blood flow increased by 20.1±6.2%, the coronary resistance decreased by 26.4±2.2%, and the blood pressure decreased. The difference was significant compared with that before administration (P<0.001). After intravenous injection of vitexin flavonoids, myocardial oxygen consumption was significantly reduced (P<0.05), and myocardial oxygen utilization was also slightly lower.
