由于初中生各自的心理和生理发育程度有所不同,影响着学生对某种事物的接受能力也存在着差异。比如说,初二学生对数学的理解能力,由于各自的生理和心理上的差异,导致他们对数学的理解能力不同。所以,数学老师不能再采取传统的统一教学法,要针对学生对数学理解能力的不同,使用分层次教学法。分层次教学更能贴近学生自身的理解能力,而这种教学方法采用的原则是对学生因材施教,让学生的数学成绩能够在自身基础上有所提高,让学生能各方面全面发展。
Because of their different psychological and physiological development of junior high school students, affecting the ability of students to accept something there are differences. For example, the sophomores’ abilities to understand math due to their different physiological and psychological differences lead to their different understanding of mathematics. Therefore, the mathematics teacher can no longer adopt the traditional uniform teaching method, and should use the method of teaching in different levels according to the difference of students’ understanding ability of mathematics. Hierarchical teaching is more close to the students ’own understanding ability. The principle of this teaching method is to teach students according to their aptitude so that the students’ math performance can be improved on the basis of their own so that the students can develop in all aspects in an all-round way.
