随着教育的不断改革,中职教育也在不断进行改革,改变当今的教学现状,提高教学质量。行动导向教学是发展研究的产物,中职教育以行动导向作为教学的根本出发点,抓住行动导向的教学特点,促进学生的学习和发展。行动导向教学是最新提出的针对中职学生教育的教学手段,弥补了之前教学中存在的不足。虽然行动导向教学在实践中取得了一定的成效,但是仍存在很多的不足。本文在分析该教学手段的基础上,提出了建设性的意见,促进行动导向在实践教学中的应用,帮助学生全面发展。
With the continuous reform of education, secondary vocational education is also constantly undergoing reforms to change current teaching conditions and improve teaching quality. Action-oriented teaching is the product of development research. Secondary vocational education takes action-oriented as the basic starting point of teaching, seizes the teaching features of action-oriented to promote students’ learning and development. Action-oriented teaching is the latest proposed teaching method for secondary vocational education, to make up for the shortcomings in teaching before. Although action-oriented teaching has achieved some success in practice, there are still many deficiencies. Based on the analysis of the teaching methods, this article puts forward constructive suggestions to promote the application of action-oriented teaching in practical teaching so as to help students develop in an all-round way.
