近年随着高校教育的发展,高等专科院校发展遭遇瓶颈,如何打造特色高师,更有效地推动和提升区域基础教育水平成为高师课程改革重要课题。高等师范教育与强调技能与操作的一般职业教育存在区别,但作为特殊的职业教育,它在职业教育发展中占据重要的地位。通过对新加坡、希腊和美国高等职业教育经验的分析,借鉴三国高等职业教育改革的成果,反思其对高师教育的启发。
In recent years, with the development of higher education, the development of tertiary colleges has encountered bottlenecks. How to build a higher normal colleges and how to promote and enhance the level of regional basic education more effectively has become an important issue for curriculum reform in higher normal colleges. Higher normal education differs from general vocational education which emphasizes skills and operation. However, as a special vocational education, it occupies an important position in the development of vocational education. Through the analysis of the experience of higher vocational education in Singapore, Greece and the United States, and by referring to the achievements of the reform of higher vocational education in the Three Kingdoms, I reflect on the enlightenment on higher normal education.
