为了验证单框架控制力矩陀螺结构的可靠性,采用AutoCAD建立陀螺的三维几何模型,同时运用有限元法建立了动力学分析模型。在MSC.Nastran环境下,进行模态仿真,得到了力矩陀螺的前十阶固有频率和相应的振型。接着在模态分析、频率响应分析的基础上,进行了陀螺的随机响应分析,研究了单框架控制力矩陀螺的动力学性能。为陀螺结构的可靠性评估以及优化设计提供了理论参考依据。
In order to verify the reliability of the single-frame control moment gyroscope, a three-dimensional geometric model of the gyroscope is established by using AutoCAD, and a dynamic analysis model is established by using the finite element method. Under the condition of MSC.Nastran, modal simulation is carried out, and the first ten natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the gyroscope are obtained. Then on the basis of modal analysis and frequency response analysis, the random response of gyroscope is analyzed, and the dynamic performance of single-frame control moment gyroscope is studied. It provides theoretical reference for the reliability evaluation and optimization design of gyro structure.
