目的了解深圳市宝安区学龄儿童第一恒磨牙即六龄牙的患龋情况,为口腔疾病综合防治工作提供依据。方法采取简单随机抽样方法,选取宝安区1所学校小一至初一年级(六年级除外)的在校学生作为调查对象,由经过培训的口腔医务人员对调查对象进行口腔健康检查,分析学龄儿童龋患流行情况。结果 1 269名萌出六龄牙的儿童中,184人患有龋齿,患龋率为14.5%,患龋牙304颗,龋均数为0.24颗/人。男生患龋率为13.7%(94/686),女生患龋率为15.4%(90/583),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患龋率随年级升高而升高(P<0.01)。右上、左上、右下和左下六龄牙患龋率分别为3.8%、4.3%、6.9%和8.6%,下颌牙的患龋率高于上颌牙(P<0.01)。龋齿充填率为33.9%(103/304),窝沟封闭率为9.4%(119/1 269)。结论深圳市宝安区学龄儿童六龄牙的患龋率以及对龋患的防治均处于相对较低水平,今后应采取更加积极的措施提高龋患防治水平。
Objective To understand the prevalence of dental caries in the first permanent molars, that is, the sixth instar teeth, of school-age children in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City, and to provide a basis for the comprehensive prevention and treatment of oral diseases. Methods A simple random sampling method was adopted to select the students from the first grade to the first grade (except the sixth grade) of one school in Baoan District as the investigation object. The oral health examination was carried out by the trained oral and dental staff and the dental caries in school-age children Suffering from the epidemic. Results Among the 1 269 children with eruptions of the sixth instar tooth, 184 had caries, the prevalence of caries was 14.5%, and 304 caries were obtained. The average caries was 0.24 / person. The prevalence of dental caries was 13.7% (94/686) in boys and 15.4% (90/583) in girls, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Caries prevalence increased with the grade (P <0.01). The prevalence of dental caries in the upper right, upper left, lower right, and lower left sixth teeth was 3.8%, 4.3%, 6.9% and 8.6%, respectively. The dental caries prevalence of mandibular teeth was higher than that of maxillary teeth (P <0.01). Dental caries filling rate was 33.9% (103/304), pit and fissure closure rate was 9.4% (119/1 269). Conclusion The prevalence of dental caries and the prevention and treatment of dental caries in school-age children in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City are relatively low. More aggressive measures should be taken to improve the prevention and treatment of dental caries in the future.
