混合式加热器是工业生产设备和日常生活中应用较为普遍的一种换热器装置,但是,对于其放热凝结及传质规律的研究,在我国几乎还是个空白,因此有必要进行探讨。 本文主要根据与混合式加热器传热传质以及冒汽损失有密切关系的几个参量,如蒸汽流量,加热器的初始水位高度、初始水温等,通过实验室实验分析,从而获得冒汽损失与这些参量的函数关系,即: m_b=1.6356t~(-0.3026)H~(0.065m_2~(1.0923) 为优化设计混合式加热器,提高热效率,减少冒汽损失或增大蒸汽发生量,提供了参考。
The hybrid heater is a kind of heat exchanger device which is commonly used in industrial production equipment and daily life. However, the research on its exothermic condensation and mass transfer is almost a blank in our country, so it is necessary to study.
