目的 :评价高频彩色多普勒超声对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的诊断价值。方法 :回顾分析 32例经手术病理证实的乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的高频彩色多普勒超声诊断 ,并和钼靶 X线造影结果作比较。结果 :32例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤高频彩超有异常发现者 2 9例 ,诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤 2 2例 ,诊断符合率为 6 8.8% ;而 2 1例行钼靶检查者综合平片及导管造影诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤 16例 ,诊断符合率为 76 .2 %。并对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的超声图像进行了分型。结论 :乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的高频彩超诊断符合率虽略低于 X线钼靶造影 ,但由于高频彩超多能显示该病直接或间接征像 ,且操作简便 ,无放射损伤 ,无痛苦 ,是诊断本病一种简单而有效的方法
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in breast intraductal papilloma. Methods: The high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography of 32 intraductal papilloma confirmed by pathology was retrospectively analyzed and compared with the results of mammography. RESULTS: Twenty-two cases of abnormal intraductal papilloma of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound were found in 29 cases. Twenty-two cases of intraductal papilloma were diagnosed. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 68.8%; while 21 cases of molybdenum target examination were integrated. Plain film and angiography were used to diagnose 16 cases of intraductal papilloma. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 76. 2%. Ultrasound images of intraductal papilloma of the breast were typed. Conclusion: The coincidence rate of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of breast intraductal papilloma is slightly lower than that of X-ray molybdenum target imaging. However, due to high-frequency color Doppler multi-energy imaging, direct or indirect signs of the disease are shown, and the operation is simple, no radiation damage, no Pain is a simple and effective way to diagnose this disease
