吸引外商直接投资,进行现代化建设是中国十年改革开放的一大成就。从1979年开始,外商在中国投资迅猛发展,到1989年底,外商直接投资累计额达186.6亿美元。从1982年至1989年,中国吸引外商直接投资年平均增长率达30％。本文拟探讨吸引外商直接投资与经济实力、经济增长率、国家开放政策诸因素的关系,并就我国十年改革开放的实践作出实证分析。 一、AFDI与经济实力的关系
Attracting foreign direct investment and carrying out modernization are one of the achievements of China’s reform and opening up over the past decade. Since 1979, foreign investment in China has been growing rapidly. By the end of 1989, the total amount of foreign direct investment reached 18.66 billion U.S. dollars. From 1982 to 1989, China’s foreign direct investment attracted an average annual growth rate of 30%. This article intends to explore the relationship between attracting foreign direct investment and economic strength, economic growth rate, the state’s policy of opening up and make empirical analysis on the practice of China’s reform and opening up ten years.
