全球化背景下的远程教育文化交流不仅要具有强烈的对话精神,更要采取合理的对话策略。国际开放与远程教育协会(ICDE)作为目前国际远程教育领域中的权威组织,其核心追求之一就是提升公众对开放远程教育的信心。作为一种教育文化交流中可以实现对话目标的各种方案的集合,ICDE对上海电大质量评审过程中实施的对话策略,不仅大大提高了ICDE质量评审的行动效应,也深化了ICDE在国际远程与开放教育领域的影响力,推动了国际远程与开放教育文化交流的进程。本文试图站在对话理论的视野下展开ICDE对上海电大质量评审的行动研究,力求探索ICDE质量评审实施的对话策略及其深远意义。
In the context of globalization, cultural exchanges in distance education should not only have a strong spirit of dialogue, but also take a reasonable strategy of dialogue. This article attempts to start ICDE’s action research on the quality assessment of Shanghai TV University under the perspective of dialogue theory and tries to explore the dialogue strategy and its far-reaching significance implemented by ICDE.
