建筑施工管理中,人们的注意力往往全部集中在工程施工质量管理上,很少有人关注施工人员的心理问题。特别是现阶段建筑行业出现的企业成员角色认同问题基本被遗忘。而实践证明建筑行业内的许多重大责任事故和企业成员的角色认同有密切的关系,因此,在工程管理工作中必须重视这个问题,以杜绝质量责任事故的发生。 本文中的角色是指与人的社会地位、身份相适应的一整套权利、义务和行为模式。 角色认同指的是角色的承担者明确意识到个人应承担的责任,并尽力用行动去实践。
In construction management, people’s attention is often focused on the construction quality management. Few people are concerned about the psychological problems of construction personnel. In particular, the recognition of the role of corporate members in the construction industry at this stage is basically forgotten. Practice has proved that many major liability accidents in the construction industry have a close relationship with the identification of the role of the corporate members. Therefore, this issue must be emphasized in the project management work to eliminate the occurrence of quality responsibility accidents. The role in this article refers to a set of rights, obligations, and behavioral patterns that are compatible with a person’s social status and identity. Role identity refers to the role of the bearer clearly aware of the individual’s responsibilities, and make every effort to practice.
