目的 建立一种简便、快速、灵敏度高的流动注射抑制化学发光测定维生素B2 的新方法。方法以维生素B2 对luminol K3 Fe(CN) 6化学发光体系的抑制作用为基础 ,在流动注射系统中用固定化试剂技术完成对试样的测定。结果 测定的线性范围为 0 0 1~ 1 0 μg·mL-1,检测限为 4 0ng·mL-1(3σ) ,RSD小于3 0 % (n =7)。并对药品和生物材料中的常见干扰物质进行了试验。结论 维生素B2 化学发光传感器可连续使用 4 5 0次以上 ,并成功地用于药物中维生素B2 的测定。
Objective To establish a simple, rapid and sensitive flow-injection chemiluminescence determination of vitamin B2 new method. Methods Based on the inhibitory effect of vitamin B2 on luminol K3 Fe (CN) 6 chemiluminescence system, the immobilized reagent was used in the flow injection system to determine the sample. The linear range of the determination was 0 0 1 ~ 1 0 μg · mL-1, the detection limit was 40 ng · mL-1 (3σ) and the RSD was less than 30% (n = 7). And tested common interfering substances in pharmaceuticals and biomaterials. Conclusion Vitamin B2 chemiluminescence sensor can be used continuously for more than 450 times and successfully used in the determination of vitamin B2 in medicine.
