相关背景行政审批制度改革专家咨询组是2002年5月成立的。主要职责是:参与对各部门行政审批项目的审核;参与行政审批制度改革配套政策的制定;参与法律、法规和政策规定的修订;参与行政审批制度改革的理论研究。专家咨询小组现有成员28名,全都是具有经济学、行政管理学、法学等某一方面专业背景,并熟悉有关行政审批方面的理论和实践的专家学者。
Related Background The Expert Consultation Group on the Reform of Administrative Examination and Approval System was established in May 2002. Main responsibilities include: participating in the examination and approval of administrative examination and approval projects of various departments; participating in the formulation of supporting policies for the reform of administrative examination and approval system; participating in the revision of laws, regulations and policies and regulations; participating in the theoretical research on the reform of administrative examination and approval system. The existing 28 members of the Advisory Group of Experts all have professional backgrounds in economics, administration and law, and are familiar with the theory and practice of administrative examination and approval.
