江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的论述 ,从新的时代高度对党的性质、宗旨和根本任务作了新的理论概括 ,丰富了马克思主义党建理论的宝库 ;结合当今中国和世界发展的新情况 ,指明了新时期党建方向 ,赋予了马克思主义党建理论鲜明的时代特色 ;着眼于解决执政党建设中存在的根本问题 ,揭示执政党建设规律 ,标志着马克思主义执政党建设理论的新发展。
Comrade Jiang Zemin’s exposition on “three represents” made a new theoretical summary of the nature, purpose and fundamental tasks of the party from a new era and enriched the treasure trove of Marxist party building theory. Combining the new developments in China and the world today, It points out the direction of Party building in the new era and gives distinctive characteristics of the era to the Marxist party building theory. It focuses on resolving the fundamental problems in the construction of the ruling party and reveals the laws governing the building of the ruling party, marking a new development of the theory of ruling party construction in Marxism.
