目的:了解过氧乙酸与二溴二氯甘脲消毒剂的杀菌效果及协同作用。方法:采用载体定量杀菌试验进行实验室观察。结果:在20℃时作用15分钟,复方过氧乙酸即500mg/L过氧乙酸与284mg/L二溴二氯甘脲消毒剂的混合液,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭率达到100%,而500mg/L的过氧乙酸和284mg/L的二溴二氯甘脲单一成分对其杀灭率分别为99.21%和99.68%,有机物对该消毒剂杀菌效果有一定的影响。结论:过氧乙酸与二溴二氯甘脲具有协同杀菌作用。
Objective: To understand the bactericidal effect and synergistic effect of peracetic acid and dibromo-dichloro-glycoluril disinfectant. Methods: Quantitative bactericidal test using a carrier for laboratory observation. Results: When the mixture of compound peracetic acid (500mg / L peracetic acid and 284mg / L dibromodichloro glycoluril) was used for 15 minutes at 20 ℃, the killing rate of Bacillus subtilis black var. However, the killing rates of 500 mg / L peracetic acid and 284 mg / L dibromo glycoluril were 99.21% and 99.68%, respectively. The effect of organic compounds on the bactericidal effect of this disinfectant was also affected. Conclusion: Peracetic acid and dibromo-dichloro glycoluril have a synergistic bactericidal effect.
