目的:探讨电离室在普通X线摄影中的应用价值。方法:随机抽取1996年(无电离室X线机)、1997年(配有电离室X线机)所摄普通X光片各5000张,按湖北省三级医院甲级片质量标准,采用双育法评分。结果:1997年甲级片率(82.0%)明显高于1996年(28.1%)(P<0.01),丙级片率(0.8%)明显低于1996年(7.9%)(P<0.01)。结论:电离室用于普通X线摄影,由于能精确的控制各种不同按照部位所需曝光剂量,使胶片达到最理想的感光,从而保证了整体照片质量得以稳定的提高。
Objective: To investigate the value of ionization chamber in general radiography. Methods: A total of 5000 X-ray films were taken from 1996 (without ionization room X-ray machine) and 1997 (with X-ray equipment). According to the quality standard of Grade A films of tertiary hospitals in Hubei Province, Education Act score. Results: The rate of grade A (82.0%) in 1997 was significantly higher than that in 1996 (28.1%) (P <0.01), and that of grade C (0.8%) was significantly lower than that in 1996 .9%) (P <0.01). Conclusion: The ionization chamber is used in ordinary X-ray photography. Because it can accurately control the exposure dose required by different parts, the film can achieve the best sensitivities, so as to ensure the overall photo quality to be steadily improved.
