邮电作为基础设施,如何超前发展,适应大市场,迎接新挑战,笔者认为提高职工素质是关键。我们县局近两年开展“创佳、选优、评差”活动,对全面提高职工队伍素质,摸索了一条行之有效的方法。这项活动的内容和评选标准,都涉及职工的政治、业务素质。对佳、优单位,局里进行表彰、奖励;对差的单位,通报批评,限期改正,并免去负责人职务,降一级工资,单位职工半年不核发生产奖。
