目的:探讨案例教学法在妇产科教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年1月到2014年12月在我科实习的20名学生,将其作为对照组,给予常规教学法;选择2015年1月到2015年12月到我科实习的20名学生,将其作为观察组,给予案例教学法。比较两组教学效果。结果:实习结束后观察组基础理论评分和操作评分显著高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。采用案例教学法的甲组的学习能力、团队协作能力、临床思维能力、沟通能力评分均高于采用传统教学法的对照组,组间各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科临床教学中运用案例教学法可有效提高学生的学习能力,教学效果可得到显著提高,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of case teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching. Methods: Twenty students who interned in our department from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the control group, and the general teaching method was selected. Twenty students who interned in our department from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected , As the observation group, given case teaching method. Compare the teaching effect of two groups. Results: After the internship, the basic theory scores and operation scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The scores of learning ability, teamwork ability, clinical thinking ability and communication ability of Group A using case method were all higher than those of the control group using traditional teaching method. The differences among the groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The case teaching method in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve the learning ability of students, and the teaching effect can be significantly improved, which is worth popularizing and applying.
