目的了解安阳县医院及诊所消毒工作状况,找出消毒中存在的问题,降低和控制医院及诊所的感染发生率。方法于2005—2007年抽样监测,全县3家县直属医院、15家乡级卫生院和30家村级诊所的消毒效果,对结果进行回顾性分析。结果县直属医院共检测样品625份,合格率为91.84%;乡级卫生院共检测样品856份,合格率为86.92%;村级诊所共检测样品1531份,合格率为62.31%。各级医院医护人员手的消毒合格率均最低,分别与空气、物体表面消毒合格率比较,P<0.01;村级诊所消毒效果合格率低,与其直属医院和乡级卫生院比较,差别均有统计学意义(χ2=29.36,v=2,P<0.01)。结论该县村级诊所消毒合格率偏低,存在发生院内感染的危险,应提高医护人员手的消毒合格率。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection in hospitals and clinics in Anyang County and find out the problems in disinfection and to reduce and control the incidence of infection in hospitals and clinics. Methods In 2005-2007, sampling and monitoring, the county 3 hospitals directly under the county, 15 township hospitals and 30 village clinics disinfection effect, the results were retrospectively analyzed. Results A total of 625 samples were tested in the hospitals directly under the county, with a pass rate of 91.84%. A total of 856 samples were tested at the township hospitals with a pass rate of 86.92%. A total of 1531 samples were tested at the village clinics with a pass rate of 62.31%. The disinfection pass rate of medical staff at all levels of hospitals was the lowest, respectively, with air, surface disinfection pass rate comparison (P <0.01); village clinics disinfection pass rate is low, compared with its immediate hospitals and township hospitals, the difference was Statistical significance (χ2 = 29.36, v = 2, P <0.01). Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection of village clinics in this county is low, so there is a risk of nosocomial infection. The qualified rate of disinfection of medical staff should be increased.
