一、缺陷类型在许多文献资料中,对焊接出现的种种缺陷、产生原因以及预防方法,都曾作过叙述与研究,本文只着重剖析其中几个严重影响焊接接头性能的缺陷,而对其它一般问题则不涉及。大家知道,焊缝中的缺陷导致了焊缝本身的不连续性,从而降低了焊接接头的许用应力。这里所说的“不连续性”,并不完全是指接缝金相组织的变化,而是指焊缝内部存在的某种“中断”。这种中断所处的位置、大小及方向、对接头性能的影响很大,特别是当它的方向与主应力的方向相垂直
