11月10日上午,市国资委党委召开传达学习市委九届十三次全会精神干部会议。市国资委党委副书记吕永杰主持会议,吕永杰副书记和陈晓宏副主任传达了俞正声书记的重要讲话精神和韩正市长关于制定上海“十二五”规划建议的说明。
On the morning of November 10, the Municipal SASAC Party Committee held a meeting to educate and study the spirit of the 13th Plenary Session of the Ninth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee Committee.
