区域性的城际铁路是我国城市群地区综合交通体系的薄弱环节,也是当前的发展热点。分析了山东半岛综合交通体系存在的问题,根据山东半岛城市群社会经济发展规划和区域城镇体系规划,参考国内外发达城市群地区的轨道交通体系,在客运量预测的基础上,提出了山东半岛地区铁路网的建议方案,并对线路的技术标准进行了研究。对山东半岛地区铁路的立法保障、与其它公共客运系统的整合规划、管理体制、投融资体制等提出了建议。
Regional inter-city railways are the weakest link in the integrated transport system in urban agglomerations of our country and also the current development hotspot. Based on the socio-economic development planning of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration and the planning of regional urban system, the rail transit system in developed urban agglomerations and areas at home and abroad are analyzed. Based on the prediction of passenger traffic volume, the paper puts forward the suggestions of Shandong Peninsula Regional railway network proposals, and technical standards for the line were studied. Put forward suggestions on the legislative guarantee of the railway in Shandong Peninsula, the integration and planning with other public passenger transport systems, management system, investment and financing system.
