甜菜生产是发展“三高”产业项目之一,对新疆经济建设有举足轻重的作用。为了获得优质高产,取得更高的经济效益和社会效益,甜菜生产除采取传统的遗传学方法和农业技术措施外,还应特别注重生物技术成就的应用。增产菌就是目前国内外成功的微生态生物技术成果。1988年,我们从新疆优质高产甜菜根际中分离出23个菌株,筛选出了适于新疆甜菜生态环境并促使甜菜增产增糖的2株优化菌株P_8和P_(10)。为了确定其合理使用方法及最佳用量,我们于1990—1991年进行了小区试验及大面积示范。
Beet production is one of the “three highs” industrial projects and plays a decisive role in the economic construction of Xinjiang. In order to obtain high quality and high yield and achieve higher economic and social benefits, beet production should pay special attention to the application of biotechnological achievements in addition to adopting traditional genetic methods and agricultural technical measures. Increased production of bacteria is the result of the successful microbial ecology at home and abroad. In 1988, we isolated 23 strains from the high quality and high yielding beet root in Xinjiang, and screened two optimized strains P_8 and P_ (10) suitable for ecological environment of beet in Xinjiang and stimulated sugar beet production and sugar increase. In order to determine its rational use and the best dosage, we conducted a district trial and a large area demonstration in 1990-1991.
