由于普通机床生产的产品质量差、档次低、品种少、成本高,因此在国内国外市场上缺乏竞争力。在对数控机床进行概述的基础上,介绍了普通机床数控化改造的意义和必要性,重点阐述了普通机床的改造内容、系统选择及主要改造环节,可为机床相关技术改造提供有益参考。
Due to the poor quality of products produced by common machine tools, low grade, small variety and high cost, they are not competitive in domestic and foreign markets. On the basis of an overview of CNC machine tools, the significance and necessity of CNC machine transformation are introduced. The content, system selection and main transformation of common machine tools are emphatically elaborated, which can provide useful references for the technological transformation of machine tools.
