采用正交试验方法研究了MC尼龙/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料的配方,测试了复合材料的力学及耐热性能,探讨了OMMT、催化剂(NaOH)和助催化剂(TDI)对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,OMMT对MC尼龙的聚合反应有阻聚作用,少量(1~2份)的OMMT可以提高复合材料的多数力学强度、硬度和维卡软化温度,继续增加OMMT的用量则使复合材料的性能降低。以加权综合评分法优化的试验配方是:己内酰胺100份、OMMT2份、NaOH0.25份、TDI0.45份。
The formulation of MC nylon / OMMT nanocomposites was studied by orthogonal test. The mechanical and thermal properties of composites were tested.
