数据采集接口模块是雷达数字阵列模块自动测试系统中的核心模块。在搭建雷达数字阵列模块自动测试系统时,需要设计数据采集接口模块,使其具备快速、准确地完成数字阵列模块的数据采集、及整个自动测试系统的状态控制等功能。文章在详细分析模块的设计需求之后,给出其芯片选型、硬件电路设计、PCB布局。FPGA软件程序依照控制流程采用Verilog语言实现。在某预警雷达模块数字阵列模块自动测试系统中,文章设计的数据采集接口模块完成四个模块数字阵列模块的I/Q采集与上报,本振参考源及开关网络的控制。大批量的数字阵列模块测试表明,该数据采集接口模块功能丰富,性能稳定,具备较高的应用价值。
Data acquisition interface module is the core module of radar digital array module automatic test system.
