珠三角地区在经历了30年的发展后,面临土地成本和劳动力成本上升、产业结构偏低等问题,珠三角产业结构面临调整,粤北山区和东西两冀成为产业转移承接地之一。本文分析了粤北山区和东西两冀在承接力建设方面存在产业转移园主导产业不清、硬件配套不足、人才缺乏等问题,并提出了健全产业体系建设、加快硬件体系建设、做好人才培养工作几个方面的建议。
After 30 years of development in the Pearl River Delta region, facing the problems of land cost and labor cost increase and low industrial structure, the industrial structure of the Pearl River Delta is facing an adjustment. The mountainous areas in the north of the country and the two things in east and west have become one of the places to undertake industrial transfer. This paper analyzes the mountainous areas in north of Guangdong and east-west-north-east Hebei in undertaking construction, including the unclear leading industries in industrial transfer parks, lack of hardware support and lack of qualified personnel. It also proposes to perfect the industrial system, speed up the construction of hardware system, Several aspects of work recommendations.
